Understanding the Workspaces

Aside from the homepage Spectrum is split into three main screens or workspaces.

Each screen is dedicated to a particular part of the typical workflow, as outlined below.

Selection Screen

From the selection screen, specify your design criteria and search for desired units; specific models may also be selected using model select.

Product lines available depend on your user type and world region.

Results Screen

After running a search from the selection screen, you are taken to the results screen.

This section of Spectrum provides a variety of ways to filter, customize, and compare units, as well as create document packages.

Project Screen

The project screen is where you save and associate units with a particular customer and job, and contains much of the functionality found through the results workspace.

From the project workspace, opportunities are revised, quotes defined, finalized, and then submitted as a formal order.
